Registration

Early bird registration (before April 30) is $500. The regular price is $600 (until July 28).

A higher price will apply for on-site registration if any space remains.

If you need to park a car on campus, parking permits are available for $25.

Banquet

The MCQMC 2016 banquet will take place on the Stanford University campus on Wednesday, August 17 from 6pm-10pm at Frances C. Arrillaga Alumni Center, 326 Galvez Street, Stanford CA (directions). The banquet will include a wine/beer reception with appetizers followed by a buffet dinner. The registration fee includes a banquet ticket for yourself at no additional charge.

If you will not be at the banquet, please so indicate when you register. That helps us plan. Banquet tickets for guests are available for $100 each.

Cancellation fees

All registration payments are made by credit card. The conference is charged a fee on every payment and it is also charged a fee on every refund. As a result there is a fee for cancellations. No refunds are available after July 28, 2016.
