Shuttles to LKSC

The Li Ka Shing Conference center is about a 30 minute walk from downtown Palo Alto. You may prefer to bike or take a shuttle. Stanford University operates the Marguerite shuttle for commuters. Because our conference represents a large addition to their ridership, we have chartered a special shuttle between the Cardinal hotel and the LKSC. You do not have to be a guest at the Cardinal hotel to use that shuttle.

From the Cardinal Hotel

We have arranged for a shuttle to take people from the Cardinal Hotel in downtown Palo Alto to LKSC. There will be two runs to LKSC each morning and two return runs each afternoon. The shuttle holds 24 to 32 people. Here are the charter shuttle times.

From the Caltrain Station

If you are staying at the Sheraton then the Caltrain station is closer to you and the regular Marguerite X line goes to Campus Drive opposite LKSC. For the return in the afternoon, the Marguerite Y line. Other things being equal, we prefer that you use the chartered shuttle.

From the Stanford Guest House

We anticipate that most or perhaps all people staying at the guest house will be driving. If you are not driving, then there are two other ways to get to the venue. There is a Margeurite shuttle from there and the guest house also has its own shuttle. You may ask at the guest house for details.
